Text Box: MAR CORRECTIONS
Text Box: Please have all MAR correction into the pharmacy by the 15th of every month. If any order changes have occurred, a copy of that order should be sent with the corrections. Please make sure that you are faxing ALL orders to us, even if you do not need the medication. This will allow the correct order to print on your MAR.
For our facilities that have physician orders signed, please return a signed copy to the pharmacy after the physician signs the orders.
Please notify the pharmacy of any changes in resident’s status. This would include residents that have been discharged, changed rooms, or facilities. This information is important for us not only on MARs but delivery and billing of medications as well.
Any problems that you are having with your MARs, please contact Canessa Henn at Ext. 111.
We are exploring the use of electronic or computerized MARs. If your facility has an interest in this, please contact Lori McAdams at Ext 105 to schedule a consultation with our partnering EMAR service.
